First of all, you should know that Yazeed ibn Mu’aawiyah is a person among the Muslims. However, during his reign, serious incidents happened and he committed grave matters; as a result he was ruled to be a dissolute person. Nonetheless, it not permissible to curse him as it is impermissible to curse a specific person.
One should not say "" when mentioning his name as he committed grave major sins.
His matter is in the Hands of Allaah, therefore, we should not supplicate for him or against him, as reported by many scholars among the righteous predecessors.
