All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
As you mentioned in the question, the Prophet who is mentioned in the Quran that Allaah spoke to him is Moosa (Moses) ; Allaah Says (what means): {And when Moses arrived at Our appointed time and his Lord spoke to him…}[Quran 7:143]
Also, in the long Hadeeth of intercession, it is mentioned that Moosa (Moses) was the one to whom Allaah spoke directly.
However, there are other Prophets who were spoken to by Allaah and who were mentioned in the Sunnah, like Aadam . For instance, Abu Tharr said that he asked the Prophet about our father Aadam: “Was he a Prophet, O Prophet of Allaah?” Thereupon, the Prophet replied: “Yes, he was a Prophet to whom Allaah spoke (directly).” [Ahmad] Therefore, Aadam was also a Prophet to whom Allaah spoke directly.
In addition to this, Allaah spoke directly to our Prophet Muhammad as it happened in the night of his ascension to the heavens [the night of Israa’ and Mi’raaj].
Allaah Knows best.
