Is uncle's wife mahram to me?

Question:

assalaamu alaikum. Is my mother's brother's wife (maternal uncle's wife) & my father's brother's wife (paternal uncle's wife) is mahram to me ?

Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds.  I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.

You are not considered a Mahram (non-Marriageable) to a woman just because she is the wife of your (paternal or maternal) uncle, unless there are other impediments that eternally prohibit from marrying them, like suckling and so on.
