All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.
If a wife does not obey her husband in what is permissible and refuses his call to bed without a valid reason, then this is recalcitrance on her part which is forbidden. This incurs the wrath of Allaah on her, so she is obliged to fear Allaah in her husband and in herself. For information on how to treat a recalcitrant wife, please refer to Fatwa 85402.
Also, it is forbidden for her to accuse you of what you mentioned without evidence.
Therefore, we advise you to admonish your wife in a wise manner and to speak frankly with her and you should do your best to forget and forgive her mistakes if possible.
Finally, you should not resort to divorce unless there is no other way out of dissension; divorce should be the last solution, in the same manner that cauterization should be the final treatment (i.e. it is the last to be opted for among all healing procedures).
Allaah Knows best.
