All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
There are two kinds of doubts regarding the existence of the Creator. The first kind is mere Satanic whisperings while one’s faith remains firmly established in the heart. In such a case, one should get rid of these whisperings, seek refuge with Allaah The Almighty, and not say anything that conforms to these doubts. The second kind is when the doubts are established in the heart so that they develop from being mere thoughts to words and actions that reflect these thoughts. Such doubts are disbelief in Allaah The Almighty.
Accordingly, if your case falls under the first kind, it is permissible for a Muslim man to marry you. Otherwise, it is impermissible for him to marry you unless you repent.
You should repent to Allaah The Almighty. How can a person doubt the existence of his Creator while the whole universe with its precise organization testifies to His existence. Moreover, humankind is the clearest evidence of the existence of their Creator. He originated human beings from nothing, then the human being passes through different phases in his mother’s womb. Then, he goes through different stages in this world. All these things happen according to unchangeable divine rules. The Quranic alert comes in the verse (what means): {And in yourselves. Then will you not see?} [Quran 51:26]
On the other hand, it is logically impossible to believe that something could ever exist by itself without a creator. Let’s consider the simplest invention, for example, the electric lamp. Is it possible to imagine that its elements were combined by chance to form this simple device? Then, how can we imagine that this universe with its accuracy and complex organization exists without a Creator who has the ultimate perfect Attributes! Let us reflect on the verse (which means): {Or were they created by nothing, or were they the creators [of themselves]?* Or did they create the heavens and the earth? Rather, they are not certain.} [Quran 52:35-36]. These are just brief words regarding the existence of Allaah The Almighty; however, for lack of space, we are unable to discuss this any further here.
The truthfulness of the Message of the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, will be clear in the following points:
First: The well-known good morals and characteristics of the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, before prophethood include truthfulness, honesty, and fulfilling promises. It would be improper for a person with these characteristics to dare to forge lies about the Lord of the worlds claiming to be His trustworthy Prophet. He did not lie to people, so, how could he lie to Allaah The Almighty?
Second: The miracle that Allaah The Almighty supported him with is well-known to the people as the Quran, the greatest miracle, that remains a witness to the truthfulness of his prophethood. No one has ever been able to come up with something similar to it in either word or style, although its enemies are famous for their eloquence, but the Quran utterly defies and embarrasses them.
Third: The unseen incidents that the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, told us about -- whether they happened in the past or will happen in the future -- also prove the truthfulness of his prophethood. Some of these incidents occurred just as he said, such as the opening of Al-Qustanteeniyyah (Constantinople) by the Muslims and other incidents.
Fourth: His victories against his enemies and the countries that were opened at his hands and by his successors are all witness to his truthfulness. It is also a reality that all tyrant liars such as Musaylimah Al-Kaththaab and others who claimed to be prophets were ultimately defeated.
Finally, we ask the questioner to reconsider her thoughts. We are sure that she will do so, Allaah willing, because we noticed her pure innate belief, so she should do her best to overcome this temporary doubt.
Allaah Knows best.
