All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
Allaah says (what means): {Lawful to you is game from the sea and its food as provision for you and the travelers …}[Quran 5:96]
The Prophet said about the sea: "Its water is pure, and its dead meat is lawful.” [Maalik and others]
Based on the above, most of the scholars are of the view that it is permissible to eat everything that is hunted from the sea without any exception. However, the jurists have disagreed over the ruling on eating the seal and the porpoise. Therefore, all the seafood that you mentioned is lawful to eat unless there is harm in eating it. If it causes any harm, then it is not permissible to eat it; Ibn ‘Abbaas related that the Prophet said: "There should be neither harm nor reciprocal harm.” [Ahmad]
This Hadeeth was also reported by Imaam Maalik with another chain of narrators.
