All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad, sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.
The religious texts about the permissibility of marriage are of general indication; Allah, The Exalted, says (what means): {And marry the unmarried among you and the righteous among your male slaves and female slaves. If they should be poor, Allah will enrich them from His bounty, and Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing.} [Quran 24:32] Moreover, ‘Abdullaah ibn Mas‘ood, may Allah be pleased with them, reported that the Prophet, sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said, "O young men, whoever among you can afford it, let him get married, for it is more effective in lowering the gaze and guarding one's chastity. Whoever cannot afford it, let him fast, for it will curb his sexual desire." [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
The texts did not make any distinction between people based on any criteria; they apply to little people and other than them.
Allah knows best.
