All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
The most correct and preponderant opinion is that the urine and dung (faeces) of an animal whose meat is permissible to eat is pure.
The Shaafi’i School of Fiqh, who are of the view that all urine and dung is impure, still rule that the egg is pure, even if it was taken from a dead animal, as long as its shell is solid.
The author of Mughni Al-Muhtaaj (Shaafi'i book of Fiqh) said, “The eggs that are taken from a pure animal, even if it is an animal whose meat is unlawful to eat, are pure. The same applies to eggs taken from a dead animal if the shell is solid as well as the egg from which the silk worm hatches. If the egg is transformed to blood, it is still pure...”
Therefore, it becomes clear that what you mentioned in the question is irrelevant.
Allah knows best.
