All perfect praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
This narration which you mentioned is weak.
Al-Bayhaqi said, “Its chain of narrators is not strong.”
Ibn Al-Qattaan said in Ahkaam An-Nathar, "It is not an authentic hadeeth.”
Ibn As-Salaah said in his commentary on Al-Waseet, “This hadeeth is weak. It was reported in As-Sunan Al-Kabeer by Al-Bayhaqi from Abu Layla Al-Ansari; it was narrated by some of his children, but their narration is not accepted or considered.”
An-Nawawi said in At-Tanqeeh, “This hadeeth is weak, and its weakness is agreed upon.”
“He also classified it as weak in his Sharh and in Khulaasat At-Tanqeeh.” [Excerpted from Al-Badr Al-Muneer]
Allah knows best.
