All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
It is not permissible for you to deliver to those offices because this is helping in sin.
Shaykh Ibn Baaz was asked:
"I am working in a restaurant and next to it there is a shop that sells alcohol, and I deliver food for them in the shop. Am I sinful in doing so? Note: I perform the prayer, praise be to Allah?
He, replied: Allah Says (what means): {And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty.} [Quran 5:2]
So, if you deliver food to those who drink wine in that shop near the restaurant, then you are helping them in sin and transgression, and you are not allowed to deliver food to them, nor to take wine to them, nor assist them in any other way, such as supplying them with utensils, spoons, and the like. You are absolutely not allowed to help them in any way as Allah Says (what means): {… do not cooperate in sin and aggression.} Therefore, Muslims must cooperate on righteousness and piety and beware of cooperating in sin and transgression…..” [End of quote]
Such earnings are not lawful. Know that whoever leaves something for the Sake of Allah, then Allah will compensate him with something better. Allah Says (what means): {And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out. And will provide for him from where he does not expect.} [Quran 65:2-3]
Also, the Prophet said: "You will never give something up for the Sake of Allah, except that Allah will compensate you with something better than it." [Ahmad]
As for your second question, if you are not harmed by moving to live in the town where your mother lives, then you have to obey her because obedience to parents in matters that do not contravene the Sharee'ah and which do not cause any harm on the child is obligatory and one is sinful by not conforming to it.
However, if you are harmed by moving to live near her, then you do not have to obey her and you are not sinful if you do not obey her.
Ibn Taymiyyah said in his book Al-Fataawa Al-Kubra:
"A person is obliged to obey his parents even if they are dissolute, as long as they do not order him to disobey Allah; this is also the view of Imam Ahmad. This is applicable if there is an expected benefit for them and no harm in expected to afflict the child as a result. If obeying them is difficult for him but it does not cause him any harm, then he is still obliged to obey them. Otherwise, if he is harmed then he is not obliged to obey them." [End of quote]

An-Nawawi said:
"As for keeping ties with kinship: it is to be kind to the relatives according to the situation of the one who keeps ties with them and the one whom he keeps ties with; sometimes it is by means of giving them money, sometimes by providing them a service, other times by visiting them, greeting them with Salaam, and so forth."
