No Vow in What You Said

Question:

Basically I woke up and thought I need to go get a haircut , then a thought came to me that haircuts of the type I get are haram etc. Then I said to myself "In Sha Allah I will change soon man" loudly. I didnt intend this as a vow or promise to Allah swt just confirming to myself more than anything. later I was bit confused due to the whsipers of shaitaan , I thought maybe I made vow to Allah so then I said to myself That instead of saying such stuff I should say "help me change and in sha Allah I am going to change". my questions are the following :1) At no point did I intend a vow between me and Allah swt or a promise between me and Allah swt. I was just talking to and confirming to my self more than anything. Now if I didnt intend a vow but sometimes the words sound like a vow in the above , is it considered a vow?

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.

You are affected with whispers, so you should ignore them, repel them and not pay any attention to them.

There is nothing in what you have mentioned that suggests a vow none whatsoever; and therefore, you are not required to do anything.
