Without doubt, medical stockings are a type of stitched clothing because it is tailored to fit the part of the body you have mentioned. The one who wears it in Ihraam is required to offer a Fidyah (i.e. compensation).
We notify the questioner that he has to take off these stockings whenever there is no need for them as long as he is in a state of Ihraam. This is because the one who does an action that is forbidden in a state of Ihraam without necessity is held sinful and is required to offer a Fidyah. But, if there is a necessity then he is not sinful but he is still required to offer a Fidyah.
