All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
Shirk is to associate partners with Allah in worshipping Him, or that one dedicates (an act of worship) for a creature, which is not permissible to dedicate except for Allah Almighty.
The examples that you have mentioned have nothing to do with that, they are not Shirk (polytheism).
The preference among people is permissible, even the Prophets, may Allaah exalt their mention, some of them were better than others; Allah Says (what means): {Those messengers - some of them We caused to exceed others. Among them were those to whom Allah spoke, and He raised some of them in degree. And We gave Jesus, the Son of Mary, clear proofs, and We supported him with the Pure Spirit.} [Quran 2:253]
Moreover, seeking the help of a creature in things that he can do is permissible. Allah Says about Moosa (Moses) (what means): {And the one from his faction called for help to him against the one from his enemy, so Moses struck him and [unintentionally] killed him.} [Quran 28:15]
Besides, it is confirmed that the Prophet said: "Allah is in the aid of a slave as long as he is in the aid of his brother." [Muslim]
There is nothing wrong in bending in the manner that you mentioned.
A person who is afflicted with whispers should repel them, avoid doubt, and act according to what is certain based on the rule that certainty is not overruled with doubt.
Requesting someone to watch him (while performing ablution) so that he can verify the validity of his act is not useful for him.
We fear that you are afflicted with whispers about Kufr and polytheism; if this is the case, then this is a very serious course of action that you should avoid; otherwise, it may lead to bad consequences.
In principle, a Muslim remains a Muslim until the contrary is proven; rather, a Muslim may do an act of Kufr or say a statement of Kufr and he is not judged to be a Kafir (non-Muslim) unless some conditions are met while there are no impediments for declaring him as such, so you should be heedful of this.
