All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
We do not know what is the real activity of this company. What we can say, however, is that it is not permissible for a Muslim to work in Riba-based institutions, whose principle work is based on Riba (interest and/or usury), either in lending or borrowing money whatever the kind of work may be. This is because it is cooperation in sin and transgression, and attesting to evil, and witnessing it, unless such work is for a dire necessity that could not be avoided except with this work, in a way that if one leaves this job, he does not find food, clothing or housing for him and for the people whom he is obliged to spend on. In this case, he may remain in it until he finds another lawful job even with a lower salary, but he should get rid of his salary that exceeds his necessity (basic needs).
Allah knows best.
