All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
It appears from your question and your previous questions that you are affected with whispers, so we advise you to avoid them, ignore them, and seek to treat them by consulting psychological specialists.
The mere delay of a Muslim in learning what he must learn is neither disbelief nor Shirk (polytheism).
Placing a book on top of the Mus'haf or leaving it like that is neither disbelief nor polytheism, but it is more appropriate that no book should be placed on top of the Mushaf, and one who sees this should change that and place the Mus'haf on top of the book.
Tuhfatul-Muhtaaj authored by al-Haytami reads:
“Al-Bayhaqi said like al-Hulaymi: “It is more appropriate that one should not put another book on top of the Mus-haf, a book or a garment, unless it is another Mus-haf like it. Al-Hulaymi said the same thing applies also to the book Jawaami’ as-Sunnan.” [End of quote]

Allah Knows best.
