Holding a Lamp Is Neither Shirk nor Kufr

Question:

assalamualaikum is it considered as shirk or kufr if we hold a lighten lamp or chiradh for any purpose related to school, and it is done not for any relegious purposes please answer fast as possible i am very much scared

Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.

Just holding a lamp is neither Shirk (polytheism) nor Kufr (disbelief).

We advise you to repel these whispers, ignore them, and strive to seek treatment for them.
