All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
Neither Allah, The Exalted, nor the Prophet prescribed a specific haircut or made it obligatory to cut the hair in such a way that all the hair be equal in length in both sides. What is prohibited regarding haircuts is the imitation of disbelievers and dissolute people based on the relevant Sharee‘ah texts, which prohibit imitating them.
We do not know whether the haircut you are asking about involves the prohibited imitation or not because these matters may differ from one country to another, as a given haircut may involve imitation of the dissolute people in one country, but not in a another country. You may ask a local scholar directly and act according to his Fatwa.
As for your second question, please resend it separately so that we can answer them properly, as per the website’s policy. We have indicated in the question entry section that only one question is allowed at a time.
Allah knows best.
