Assalamualaikum, I’m wondering what is the ruling on clicking “accept” or something similar to the terms

Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu`alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.

In case these conditions do not violate the Sharee'ah, there is no harm in pressing the “Agree” button; otherwise, it would be impermissible to do so. The conditions of being in electronic form or a written form would not affect the ruling mentioned above.
