Question:

My question is about the Isha prayer. Why did the Prophet say that if it was not hard on my people I would have ordered them to delay the Isha prayer and especially for women? Please explain . Second question: if I am outside and the Isha prayer came, is it O.K. if I pray it when I go home and it is still during Isha time (i.e before 12 a.m.)? ls Fajr sunnah and the Sobh prayer obligatory and could the Fajr be prayed after El sobh prayer or it should be before it? Third question: is about the shafea and witr prayer; please tell me more about them.

Answer:

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.
My dear brother, you should know that the prayers have its special times. Allah said: {Verily, the prayer is enjoined on the believers at fixed hours}. All prayers have two kinds of times: - A- Preferred Time. B- Permissible Time. The SUNNAH (the noble Hadith) always urges Muslims to perform prayers in their specific time. IBN MASOOD asked the Holy Prophet ( Blessings and peace of Allah be upon him): “ Which deeds are the best? He replied: “ Performing prayers on accurate times", He asked, then what? He (the Holy Prophet) replied: “Filial devotion, He asked, then what? He replied: “JIHAD for the sake of Allah”. Women and men are equal concerning prayer times and common religious principles. Prophet (Blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) was not used to sleeping before ESHA nor to nightly chat except in necessity times. My dear brother, try hard and perform all prayers with congregation. May Allah protect you. We do not know any prayer by the name of “SUBH” prayer. It seems that you mean FAJR prayer. The time of FAJR prayer is well known. The time for the dawn prayer (SUBH) begins at true dawn and ends at sunrise, though the preferred time for it ends when it becomes light outside, after which the merely permissible time remains. This prayer is one of the two prayers, which are very hard for hypocrites. Do not miss the times of prayers.      SALATUL WITR is three RAK'A after performing ESHA prayer and its Sunnah prayer. You pray two RAKA'S, in first RAKA it is preferable to recite SURAT-UL- AALA and SURAT-UL- KAFIROON in the second.       After closing your prayer with salaams, this is SHAF'A, then you start praying with odd number, this is one RAK'A, after FATIHA, reciting SURAT-UL- IKHLAS is preferable. You may read any part of Quran. After straightening up from bowing (RUKOO), you may make DUAA, if you wish and you may ask from Almighty Allah what you need. WITR is SUNNAH MUAKADAH (confirmed SUNNAH), Prophet (Peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not miss it neither in his journey nor his residency. At the same time a person should not forget the night prayer (TAHAJJUD). Allah knows best
