Paying Zakaah in Non-Muslim Country

Question:

How can I pay Zakah in a non-Muslim country?
Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.

Verily, a Muslim living in Non-Muslim Country must pay Zakaah (obligatory charity) of his wealth to the poor and needy Muslims in the country where he lives. If there are no poor or needy Muslims, then he can pay it to the needy Muslims of any other Muslim country.
