Question:
I work in a big company that deal in appliances, the dealer salesmen always ask company representatives for bonuses or commissions to help end their stock by selling it direct to end users. They tell them if they not give they I will not sale their brand and concentrate on another brand. Really my company has many other competitive companies working in this field. There is a rule inside the company prohibit giving such bonus.
Answer:
Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the World; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.
If the system and rules of this company prohibit its workers to give bonuses to businessmen who purchase their goods then giving them from the property of the company is not allowed.
However, as part of your being faithful and sincere with the authorities of the company you should advise them on what is useful and better for the company. If they accept that is good; otherwise, you are not responsible since you did what you can do.
Allah knows best.
