The ruling concerning if alcohol is changed into another thing/material

Question:

In the process of producing Soy Sauce, a certain amount of alcohol is also produced. Is the soy sauce Haram or Halal? What happens if the alcohol is removed? A minute percentage of alcohol is also found in freshly squeezed orange juice. Is this Halal?

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.

If the amount of alcohol that exists in soy sauce is completely changed to another thing then it is permissible to use that sauce.
