Hadith about the position of hands and knees in postration

Question:

In your answer on the question: "How should we get up to the next Rak'ah in prayer?" You said: "The other Hadith which proves the position of getting up using feet, knees while hands are on one's thighs is a sound and authentic one." So could you please narrate this Hadith to me?

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions. The Hadith mentioned in the question is the one reported by Abu Dawud , al-Tirmizi , al-Nasai , Ibn Hibban , etc. It is reported from Wael Ibn Hajar who said: I saw the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) while prostrating putting his knees (on the floor) before his hands and when standing up raising his hands before his knees.
