Prophets who visited Paradise

Question:

Were there Prophets other than our Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) who visited Paradise before him? Please name them.

Answer:

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions. Our father Adam (Alaihi Salaam) was in Paradise till he ate from the tree. When he ate from the tree, Allah banished him and his wife to the Earth. The Paradise in which Adam stayed was called "Jannat ul-Khuld" (Paradise of Permanent Residence) as Sheikh ul-Islam Ibn Taymiyah reported from the people of Sunnah. He also reported that atheists and philosophers did not agree with this matter. Therefore, the Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) is not the first person who entered in Paradise but Adam and Hawa (Eve) were the first ones who had been in Paradise. Allah knows best.
