All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.
'Ubaadah Ibn As-Saamit narrated: "We swore allegiance to the Prophet to hear and obey, in times of difficulty and in prosperity, in hardship and at times of ease, and not rise against rulers except in case of evident infidelity regarding which there is a proof from Allaah (the texts of Quran or Sunnah)."
The apparent disbelief is the one which is clear and apparent. Al-Khattaabi said: 'The apparent disbelief means the one which is clear and apparent, as the Arabic word is derived from Baaha which mean to appear.'
Allaah Knows best.
