All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.
The entire Quran is good and there is a cure in it. A Muslim seeks cure in the Quran from all the calamities and harm that befalls him. It is reported in the Sunnah that there are some chapters and verses of the Quran for performing Ruqyah with when possessed by Jinn and other things, like chapter two [Al-Baqarah-the Cow] and chapters 112, 113, 114. It is confirmed that Imaam Muslim reported that the Prophet used to say the following supplication when performing Ruqyah on someone: "In the name of Allaah I perform Ruqyah on you, from all things that harm you, and from the evil of any soul or evil eye of a envious person, may Allaah cure you, in the name of Allaah I perform Ruqyah on you." So the above Quranic verses and above Prophetic narration and other confirmed narrations of the Prophet about the same subject, are beneficial with Allaah’s Will, and useful to make Ruqyah with for any person possessed by Jinn, whether the Jinn is a Muslim or a non-Muslim, and in whichever way the Jinn possessed the human being.
Allaah Knows best.
