All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
If we consider that the Ishraaq prayer is the Dhuha prayer – and this is the view we adopt in Islamweb- then its time starts from when the sun rises above the horizon [about 15 minutes] until the sun is at its meridian, i.e. a few minutes before the time of Thuhr starts. Therefore, you may perform the Ishraaq prayer between these two times, and it is permissible to perform it one hour after its starting time.
