A group making up their prayer in congregation

Moved to the back of the mosque to make up the Rak'ahs he missed with the Imaam
Assalaamu alaykum respected scholars. My question is concerning the making up the raka'as inside the masjid and the location inside the masid to make up these raka'at that I miissed. Performs Witr with his wife in congregation
Is it allowed to pray Shafe3 and witr in jama3a? I pray 3esha in the masjid and when I go home I pray the shafe3 and witr in jama3a with my wife Jahran (aloud), so at least she can have 27 X the deeds like it is in Fard with jama3a.

Interrupting an obligatory prayer to join the congregation
As-salamu alaykum. Dear sheikh, I was in a shopping complex when the adhan for the salah was given. I went to the designated prayer room within the complex and waited for a jama'ah to form. Forming a second congregation after concluding the first
salam if i enter masjid, no jamat is going on, and a person is praying his fard , already started, can i touch him and make him as my imam? Interrupting the optional prayer on hearing the Iqaamah for the congregational prayer
I entered the mosque and since the fard prayer hadnt started I started praying two rakah sunnah. Forming a second Jamaa'h in the mosque after the initial prayer
Can you please clarify in light of Quran and Hadeeth the concept of more than one Jamaa'h for Salaat in the same mosque? Not at the same time but one after the other. As far as I know the Quran says that when Quran is being recited then be quiet and listen to it. When the second Jamaa'h is being done then how can the ones from the first one do Thikr.. More
