All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
Dear sister, first of all, we supplicate Allah to grant you good health and cure you from the problem that you are experiencing. We remind you of a basic rule in Islamic Sharee'ah that reads: "Hardship necessitates easiness." The basis for this rule is the Sayings of Allah (which mean):
• {Allah intends for you ease and does not intend for you hardship.} [Quran 2:185]
• {He has chosen you and has not placed upon you in the religion any difficulty.} [Quran 22:78]
If the condition you mentioned is continuous, it is called 'incontinence of urine' in Islamic jurisprudence. It has special rulings pertaining to the matters of purity and Prayer.
To clean yourself, you must remove the impurity before every Prayer, use an absorbent to protect the vagina from impurity, and then make ablution for every prayer, the same as the woman who has prolonged bleeding.
The Prophet instructed Hamnah bint Jahsh to do so as reported in the four books of Sunan, and Imam At-Tirmithi considered it Saheeh.
