Isti’aathah and Al-Basmalah before reciting Chapter Al-Faatihah in prayer

Praying on a carpet/bed sheet which contains dry stains of urine
Assalamu alaikum,My new born son who is of 6 months now urinating anywhere untimely at home carpets,bedsheets & on pillows.This is causing me irrited for cleaning everytime he do&most of time Iam scolding my wife for uncleanliness.I try my best not to carry unless is daipared.My question is can we pray on urinated dry carpet/bedsheet?.. Praying with a slight deviation from Qiblah
Salaam alia kum,
We have installed a new carpet (containing rows) in our office prayer room. The Qibla diection is offset between 4 - 8 %. We are aware that the direction is offset, do we need to re-install the carpet in the correct direction or is it ok to continue praying offset by 4 - 8%. Please send Fatwa soon.

Realized in the last Rak'ah that the Qiblah was wrong
While traveling on the freeway, we made a stop to make salaats of Maghrib and 'Ishaa'. Not all mental diseases exempt one from performing prayer
Assalammualaykum.. I have a mental disease(schizophrenia) and lately I have been trying my best to perform the 5 daily prayers, dzikr and read the Quran to heal and calm myself. Prayed while having a drop of menstrual blood in her clothes
While making salaah once, I found a drop of blood on my clothing. I suspected it was menstrual blood but kept on praying. At the end of the salaah I was able to verify that the blood was indeed menstrual. How do I rectify the situation?
