Inheritance of a person who abandons the prayers
I heard a person say that the person who neglects his Salah that is does not pray does not inherit anything because he is a Kaaffir, as the Prophet, sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam, said: "The difference between a believer and Kaaffir is Salah."

Wants to distribute some of his wealth as charity because wife and daughter do not practice Islam
Despite repeated persuasion and advise, I could not make my wife and daughter offer regular prayer and are reluctant to practice Islam. Dispute over an inherited property
Hamiduddin Shaykh started business with 2 sons and it was decided in writing that Hamiduddin’s share - 50% and 2 sons will get 25% each. All the accounts and expenses were kept by brother Hamiduddin and both sons’ had no objection.

Inheritance from a childless non-Muslim widow
Inheritance-issue a non-Muslim wife:
1) Purchased property in her name during her marriage.
2)She died childless and intestate.
3) Her husband's died long before.
4) She continued with her maiden name, religion, rites and rituals which are non-Muslim.
