A woman raising her sister's daughters does not make her a mother to them unless there is another reason
I brought up the daughters of my sister after her death and my marriage to their father. Now they are married. Testimony of one woman confirms breastfeeding relationship according to some scholars

She married her cousin who was breastfed by her mother only once
