How to differentiate pronunciation of the letters Seen and Saad

Pronouncing the name of Allaah with a soft/thin Laam in the Athaan
Assalamualaikum va rahmathullahi va barakaathuhu. Many of our Urudu speaking brothers pronounce "Allah" as though in 'Bismillah'.
