Living in country without learning its language
Is it haram to live in a country permanently and not learn the language bearing in mind that it makes life difficult as well as the life of your children as you cannot do basic acts like making an appointment. For example, living in Malaysia and not being able to speak any Malaysian at all. Are people who do this sinful?

Saying untrue things about oneself in poetry
Assalaamu alaykum. I want to write a poem. Am I allowed to refer to myself in the poem while not actually experiencing what I am saying? For example, I write, "My lips keep telling lies," while I hardly tell lies. Is this a form of lying then? Should I make it clear to the audience that this is someone else and not me?
