Why Supplications Are Not Answered Sometimes
Salam alaykom. I pray my prayers regularly and I have not missed my obligatory prayers for many years. My friend says when we make Dua’a we should raise the hands and keep both hands together. Other wise it is not good. Also we should not keep both hands down keeping right hand over left hand. Is he right?

Mentioning Allah While Wearing Impure Clothes

My question is if a person have been to toilet for urinating, he rushes out and there are drops of urine dropping from his penis, and wet urine stains are on his private garments, is he allowed to do zikr like "Bismillah" or "durood Sharif" while having these wet urine drops on garments he is wearing?
