Imaam unable to prostrate leading prayer
We need a ruling. Our imam is a memorizer of the Quran, but he has a medical problem and is currently unable to prostrate. He is the imam for the community, but he has undergone surgery on his knee. The other option is to have others, who make mistakes while reciting the Quran,lead the prayer.

Mere doubts that imaam makes mistakes do not invalidate prayer

Validity of prayer behind the Murji'ah
Praying behidn the Murji'ah is not allowed! It was narrated from Imam Muhammad bin Aslam that he said: “I heard Yazid ibn Harun say, “Whosoever is a caller/scholar of irjaa’, the prayer behind him has to be repeated.” [Al-Laalika’i 5/1067] Does this mean that that the Murjiah are disbelievers! It is not an obligation on the followers to give the imaam of the masjid a monthly salary
Assalaamu alaykum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuh. Should an imam be placed on a monthly salary, even when the followers are not financially viable. Or is it mandatory that an imam take 1/5 of what ever value or volume of money or items are donated to the masjid? Please, support your answers with either a Quranic verse or a sound hadith.
