A non-Muslim son embracing Islam before the division of his father's inheritance
As-salam `alaykum wa rahmat ALLAH
In view of the hadeeth that "The believer does not inherit from a kaafir (disbeliever) and the kaafir does not inherit from a believer", what si the ruling if the situation is as follows:

is it correct that I should give my inheritance to my parents if i have no kids and no husband. It is not written in the Holy Koran that I should give them nothing because they are Christians. Inheritance-issue a non-Muslim wife:
1) Purchased property in her name during her marriage.
2)She died childless and intestate.
3) Her husband's died long before.
4) She continued with her maiden name, religion, rites and rituals which are non-Muslim.
