Asslam-o-Alikum! can a husband wash his wifes underwear with mestrual blood on it.and is it ok hygenically that if he washes it with bare hands and then cleans his hands by soap.As i want to help my wife and to do things for her like this cause i love her so much.plzz answer to my question completely.i will be highly thankful to you for your favor. Wa Salam
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
It is permissible for a husband to help his wife in washing her clothes including her underwear clothes which are stained with the blood of menses. He is also permitted to wash the impurity with his bear hands if there is a need to do so.
