Question
Assalamu Aleikum. First Peace Be Upon our beloved phorphet. My husband and I had arragments before we got married. We agree upon moving to Africa after Am done my studies and acquiring my citizen. All of a sudden he has changed his mind and he wants me to move back, while am still at school. My whole intention of going to school , is to help my fellow muslims women upon graduation. Please advice me. Whatever is right in Islam i will do it because I love ALLAH S.W so much and i dont want to make him mad.
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.
If you had conditioned this on your husband before the marriage contract took place and he agreed to this condition, then he is obliged to do one of the following two matters:
1- Fulfil his promise unless he has a sound reason for migrating from that country and returning to his country, like fearing to apostate from his religion or start doubting his religion and the like.
2- Divorce you.

However, if you had not conditioned this on him before the marriage contract took place, then you are obliged to obey him and move with him wherever he wants.
