Question
Assalamu Alaykum, 1-The holy Quran mentions that Adam PBUH was created by Allah's hands SWT and also by his word "be". The hadith mentions that Adam was created from different types of sand spread all over the globe. Can you please give more details on the creation of Adam and how we can relate all these accounts? 2-The Torah was sent down to Moses PBUH through the angel Gabriel. What are the tablets of Moses and how were they sent? Thank you
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.
There is no contradiction between Aadam 
being created from clay and him being created by the word of Allaah “Be”; his origin was clay and with the word “Be” he became a human being, a well-proportioned man. Allaah Says (what means): {...then We developed him into another creation.}[Quran 23:14]
As regards the Tablets of Moosa (Moses) they are the Torah itself, they are the Tablets on which Allaah has written the Torah. For more benefit, please refer to Fatwa ">12415.
As regards the details of the creation of Aadam then you may refer to Fataawa 91002 and 82792.
