Question
assalamualikum
i am civil engineer by profession, my familiy five members , the question is now i am the money spending man my familiy, that is why i am always telling about controll the expenditure of my family ,my marrige is over and i controlled expenditure ,before marrige i told the familiy money also required for hospital cases in future , after marrige(with in two days) i got servical spine commpression and righ hand nerves some problem, then my mother says that my tonge has some problem , because of my tonge this haapens , is there any truth in it , please give guidence according to islamic sharia
2. my mother has suspicion more how to control in past two years iam taking psychological tablets
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
It is not possible to authoritatively assert something in this regard, and your words are not necessarily the reason that led to the disease that affected you; rather, this may be just an affliction. Furthermore, your statement about controlling the expenditures is a good thing.
Therefore, we advise you to be patient and seek a permissible means of treatment and consult the specialists in the field, in addition to performing Ruqyah. For more benefit, please refer to Fataawa 88705 and 83577.
As regards your mother, you should be kind and dutiful to her and be patient with her, and try to guide her in a good manner. Besides, you should avoid mistreating her no matter how small is the mistreatment, because if you do so, then this is cutting ties with the kinship.
