Question
Is it permissible for a Muslim woman to supplicate Allaah The Almighty to marry the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, in Paradise?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu 'alyhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.
There is no harm in supplicating to Allaah The Almighty to admit us to Paradise with the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam.
It was narrated on the authority of Rabee‘ah ibn Ka‘b Al-Aslami 
that he was with Messenger of Allaah, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, one night and he brought him water to perform his ablution with, as well as for any other purpose. The Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said to him in response: “Ask for anything you like.” Rabee‘ah asked the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, that he be his companion in Paradise. The Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, therefore advised him to devote himself often to prayer and prostration in order to achieve this. [Muslim]
The general rule in Paradise is that Allaah The Almighty gives all people what they love and wish for. Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): {Circulated among them will be plates and vessels of gold. And therein is whatever the souls desire and [what] delights the eyes, and you will abide therein eternally.} [Quran 43:71]
Thus, given the general meaning of the mentioned verse, there is no impediment for a woman to marry the man whom she loves and wants in Paradise, even if this is the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam. Indeed, this is a sign of strong determination and wishing for good, nevertheless, it should be accompanied by equivalent righteous deeds.
Imaam Al-Ghazaali,
mentioned that ‘Ali passed by a man playing with pebbles during his prostration. This man was also supplicating to Allaah The Almighty to marry the Hoors (beautiful women of Paradise). ‘Ali told the man that he was the worst suitor ever because he was betrothing the Hoors while playing with pebbles during his prostration.
Moreover, even though Allaah The Almighty promised the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, that he would be resurrected to a praised station, He demanded from him a certain price. Allaah the Almighty Said (what means): {And from [part of] the night, pray with it as additional [worship] for you; it is expected that your Lord will resurrect you to a praised station.} [Quran 17:79]
