Fatwa CenterThe time of the Call of Allaah on Resurrection Day
Question
After the last blowing of the Horn and existence of none except Allaah, when approximately will Allaah the Almighty call out: "Where are the kings?"
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, the Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His Slave and Messenger.
According to the sound opinion of scholars, this Call by Allaah the Almighty will occur after the Death Blowing and before the resurrection. This is according to Al-Hasan and Muhammad ibn Ka‘b, and preferred by Al-Qurtubi, the Maaliki scholar 
.
Although there is difference of opinion on this point, the predominant opinion among the sayings of the scholars is that the Call of Allaah will be after the annihilation of all creatures and after the death blowing and before the blow of resurection.
