Assalaamu alaykum wa rahmatullaah wa barakaatuhu. I want to start a business for sport and fun like, jumping with a bungee trampoline (I put the name in case you saw if before; I do not want you to search for it given that you might see something that is forbidden to be seen), which requires attaching people at the waist and the legs, at the thighs and between the legs, in order to pull them up. Is this halal? I am asking about women first and then for men. And if it is not halal, then how about for kids? They would be attached by a man. May Allaah reward you.
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
Islam gave importance to the health and strength of the body and encouraged the practice of mental and physical sport provided that the Islamic conditions are met.
We are not aware of the sport that you mentioned, but if it is free from Islamic prohibitions, such as exposing the ‘Awrah (what should be covered of the body) before someone whom it is forbidden to expose it to or forbidden mixing between men and women and the like, then there is nothing wrong in it for both women and men, let alone children.
Allah knows best.
