Question
During my period, blood stains my bedsheets and dries up. If I touch that area with wet hands, and touch other things while wet, will the najis be transferred to those things I touched, and do I need to clean them too?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.
Regarding the transfer of impurity in this situation, there is a difference of opinion among scholars. It seems that you are afflicted with whispers, so we advise you to act based on the opinion that impurity does not transfer. You should ignore the obsessive thoughts and pay no attention to them. Also, know that a small amount of blood is excused according to the majority of scholars.
