Question
Who are the people of Gog and Magog?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and messenger.
On the authority of Samurah 
the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, stated that Nooh (Noah) 
had three sons: Saam, the father of the Arabs; Haam, the father of the black race and Yaafith, the father of the Turks. [Ahmad]
Imaam An-Nawawi 
stated that the majority of scholars say that they (Gog and Magog) are among the descendants of Aadam .
Ibn Katheer said that Gog and Magog are two groups of the Turks who are the descendants of Aadam . He further illustrated that they are from the progeny of Yaafith (the son of Nooh ) who is the father of the Turks.
