Question
Who should do the house work if both the man and the woman are working for money ?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
If a husband and his wife are both working, then they should cooperate with each other in regard with their household affairs, in a way that each one of them should try to please the other. They should not make this housework an issue for conflicts. It is confirmed that 'Aa'ishah 
said: "The Prophet used to do the housework till the time of the prayer comes, and when this time comes, he would leave us for the mosque as if we do not know him and he does not know us.''
