Is it right for the one who commited ZINNA to get married to a girl who has not commited ZINNA?
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
An adulterer can marry a chaste woman. The majority of Muslim scholars permit it with the condition that he should make a sincere repentance.
As regards the verse in which Allah Says (what means): {The fornicator does not marry except a [female] fornicator or polytheist, and none marries her except a fornicator or a polytheist,…}, then most scholars believe that it is abrogated by the following verse in which Allah Says (what means): {And marry the unmarried among you and the righteous among your male slaves and female slaves.} [Quran 24:32] Imam Al-Qurtubi said: “This is the view point of the majority of the scholars.” This is the correct opinion according to a Hadeeth in which the Prophet Muhammad said: “One who repents from sin is like a person who has never committed a sin.” [Ibn Maajah]
Allah knows best.
