Question
What can a Muslim do in regards to taking out a loan free of interest? Please could you let me know if there are any existing organisations which provide for Muslims in such circumstances.Jazak-Allah Khair.
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
We are not aware of any organization that provides free-interest loans. However, you may find some righteous and pious people who may help you.
On the other hand, you may participate in a cooperative of workers whereby each participant pays a sum of money and one of them takes the entire amount at the end of each month on turns until everyone has received his share. Nonetheless, the person who is most in need of the money should be given priority to take it first.
