Question
I want do something to spread Islam by Internet.
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
Dear Brother. May Allah bless you for having this great interest in Islam and spreading its message through Internet. Here is some advice in this concern:
1) You are to have a good knowledge of "Ahl-us-Sunnah wal-Jama'a" Creed and to avoid publishing what contradicts it.
2) We advise you to avoid publishing what may be questionable.
3) It is essential for you to seek some credible scholars' advice concerning materials prepared for publishing.
4) You should know that cooperation with authentic Islamic sites is preferable to establishing new ones. May Allah grant you success and rightness.
